Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Assalamualaikum w.b.t. to all visitors. Today I would like to share with u a poem which I wrote for my Food Safety subject presentation. It is a poem on a type of bacteria found in our environment. Happy reading!!

Assalamualaikum hello my friends

Alhamdulillah we meet again

Let's share some knowledge not less important

A bacteria that lives in our environment

Listeria monocytogenes what a unique name

In soil and water it can be found

Also in some animals on the land

From meat and poultry that we have around

So please be careful with what you eat

Dairy products, raw vegetables and meat

Also raw or smoked fish if you like it

To listeriosis they may lead

And do you know what is meningitis? 

It is a sickness due to listeriosis

Badly outbreaks sporadically

and also cannot be be traced easily

Hurry hurry up go meet the doctor

If you get muscle aches and fever

Beware of symptoms that come over

Till you not suffer in the future

The elderly and pregnant women

And persons with weakened immune system

So take antibiotics for your treatment

As soon as you get the infection

So let us take some precaution
Using alcohol a good sanitation
Lowering temperature during refrigeration
Killing bacteria by cooking and pauesterization
